Safe kids android app cannot verify certificate with ssl inspection

My safe kids android app would not start with error Cannot continue - unable to verify certificate (required for secure data transfer), please check date and time and try again. This happens after I turn on SSL inspection (NOT DECRYPTION)on my hardware firewall. Please provide a solution or domain name to be excluded from inspection.

Please tell us:

1. The Android OS version - open phone Settings, scroll to bottom of window, select About or About phone? 
2. Where has SSL inspection been turned ON, please show an image? 
3. Does the “Unable to continue - Cannot verify certificate (required for secure data transfer). Check the date & time & try again error persist if  SSL inspection  is turned OFF? 
4. How long has the problem been happening? 
5. Is KSK Premium or Free?

I have KSK premium. I already figure out the domain I need to wbitelist which is Kaspersky-labs.com from the firewall logs. Thanks anyway.
