Safe Kid - Does gaming internet traffic go through Kaspersky proxy?

Hi,

 

My kids on Win 10 with safe kids running. When playing games such as Fortnite, would the Fortnite traffic go through Kaspersky? As the game is reporting poor network / packet dropping.

When outside of the game we run a speed test (https://www.speedtest.net) (https://packetlosstest.com) and the results are really good.

KSK does not intercept / monitor network traffic. 

Is there any other Kaspersky software installed? 

Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in Connectivity issues, specific www does not work as expected template, provide as much information as possible & include the URL to your Community topic; Support may request: traces, data, logs, they will guide you

 

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
