RustDesk Remote Desktop Software Blocking Communication between Netagent and KSC

Dear Community 

We are facing an issue on our workstations where RustDesk is installed , Netagent is showing transport level error and cannot communicate with KSC and when we uninstall RustDesk and then reinstall Net-agent it start working properly.  Does anyone faced this issue , How to solve it.

why is this a question for our Forum and not the RustDesk Support?
The Network Agent work fine when this software is not installed. So it is not a question for us.

I belive this is most certainly a question for this forum. If a simple remote desktop software can disable a significant part (NetAgent) of your security system, then what kind of security Kasparsky is  providing actually?. I would not say that if KS disabled Rustdesk, that would have been understandable. But a Remote Desktop is  obstructing the Security software!
