I'm trying to run a Full Scan on my computer and I receive a message: "Full Scan cannot be started.  Reason: Operation Cancelled".  Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it toScan?

I recently renewed (automatic yearly renewal) my Kaspersky subscription, so can't understand why it won't let me do a Full Scan,
