Recently, I created a virtualized server, added a distribution point, and am currently managing around 500 devices.

After the implementation, I set up a movement rule, specifying that it should run continuously and synchronize with the domain controller. The goal was that, when devices are moved between groups in AD, the rule would automatically update their corresponding group during synchronization.

However, when I applied the rule, all devices were moved to “managed devices.”

I’ve reviewed the rule dozens of times, and there’s nothing I can see to fix this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could resolve this?

Hello Jeverson,
screenshot of the settings would be helpful. But I will be honest it would be better to open a support ticket to get this analyzed. https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com

Support needs Screenshots showing the problem as also the affected KSCCC

  • Workspace ID (WID)
  • User account (UIS) who logs in

Thank you in advance

Best Regards
