Hi support team

It would be interesting to see what new features the development team is working on. What new features are going to be included?

Now that I have given the phone to my son, there are some important points that should be taken into account.

-Call history. This should not be difficult 
-Keylogger. For this option many customers will pay any price.

-Device usage is available in the time slot, but it is not possible to know this by application? For example. Google Maps, it has been used for 2 hours, but at what time?

-location history. You can only see the current location

With Android, the developers publish the What's new information in the app, so IF (you're) seeing something there that's *new* then that's exactly what it is - a new feature, sometimes new features gets documented in Online Help, depending on the feature; if there are no changes, in KSK Windows, What's new, Kaspersky write: "With this release we've been working behind the scenes. It may seem like nothing has changed, but we've improved performance and fixed minor bugs."

  1. This has been raised previously, advice from HO is not possible due to privacy concerns. 
  2. Ditto. 
  3. The spent time/duration is recorded. In (our) KSK Reports we can see each application & the spent time/duration for each application. KSK does not report when in any 24 hour period any application is used. 
  4. Correct. We acknowledged this in 2021. Location history. IF (you) have a incident request number please share it?
