Rinnovo impossibile

Il rinnovo del mio software è impossibile perché, al momento, il mio codice è in uso ma contemporaneamente è già scaduto. Com'è possibile che sulla nuova tessera (acquistata in un negozio) e acquistando on line, il nuovo codice sia sempre lo stesso di quello inutilizzabile? Come posso procedere per un eventuale rinnovo della licenza e un rimborso certo?
