Restrict Netflix after 5pm

Hi, I need to restrict netflix and youtube to be available after 5pm every day. Can i do this on the free version? Or the premium version?

2. Irrespective of Premium or Free: if NetFlix & or YouTube are accessed via browser, not app, they cannot be managed by KSK time schedule. 
3. IF either are accessed via app, they can be restricted according to any KSK time schedule you wish to configure, however, this is not available for iOS. 
4. If you’re not familiar with KSK, we always recommend installing KSK Premium Trial version & fully test before you invest.
