Resource Hacker Portable

When I try to download Resource Hacker Portable either through the portableapps.com website or through the PortableApps launcher, Kaspersky Standard stops the download and deletes the installer, it says it's a trojan. "UDS:Trojan-Banker.Win32.BestaFera.azte"

The creator of the application (not portableapps.com, but the developer of resource hacker) says these are false positives.

Is this not possible to figure this problem out, so the anti-virus software won't missdetect?
