Welcome!

• No, (see image as an example), as long as KSK is installed & configured correctly, you can view the list of applications your child opened, and time spent using them, however, the "actual time of day" the child used the app, for example, App x used @ 16:44, is not recorded. 
• KSK records the history of application use if the Application monitoring switch is turned on.
• Reports are available only in KSK premium (which you already know?).
• App use statistics are unavailable for a child's iOS devices.

1. The child's device name: (example: Windows, Samsung, Huawei, Mac, iOS etc.) & the actual version: How to find the version of your operating system? 
2. KSK version? 
3. Name of any application causing an issue & URL to app, if it will assist? 
4. Screen print of the issue? 
5. Detailed history of the problem, when it started, what was done to try to fix -> etc.

Additional @SimonHawes, 

The Reports can be exported, as a .csv file; the data is fairly raw, however it shows: 

App usage: Date\time; Child ID; Device ID; App Name; Category; Blocked (Yes\No); Spent time

To export KSK Reports, in (your) MyKaspersky account, in the Report screen, lower righthand corner, select:  Export summary to a file. 

App usage start time is collected/available; it'd be so easy for Kaspersky to report it?
