REPORT FOR FULL SCANING

We have trying to solved some detection on our endpoint user. we do some Full Scan Detection hope that can make us clear about enpoind stauts (Is there any threat left), so we run some Task like full scan, but after that we dont even now wheres the result report that can explain about our user deivce current condition. is there any steps or tips for this situation?

It seems that you use an old version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows : https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle?type=full,limited,finished&category=workstations-and-file-servers&program=kes-for-windows#b2b.block3

Same case could be for Kaspersky Security Center, so we recommand that you install latest versions first.
