I need to renew but when i am logged in the renewal page only shows a few option in terms of length of time and number of devices covered. At the bottom of the page it shows the above answer... and yet I cannot figure out how to choose an option for 3 devices for 2 years. Please help

IF the information does not match what's been presented on the Renewal page, please contact Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts; they have access to (your) private records, for (your) security & privacy the Kaspersky Community doesn't; on the support page, select Email, then fill in the template as shown - also, select (your) Kaspersky application from the drop-down-list(Aimage.thumb.png.afecbc1ce74a66a54f28e9aa44931037.png
Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
