Renewal license paid through credit card and the amount is debited on 13/08/21 the status is not updated

I  have renewed my license which is expiring and amount is paid through credit card and the amount is debited on 13/08/21 till date the status is not updated and the license is  showing to renew

Did you renew through the official Kaspersky website? If so it should renew without a problem. If its a new license, the code would have most probably reached spam.

It would be best if you can contact Kaspersky Support and inform them of your renewal. They will surely be able to assist.
