Renewal code invalid

I have just renewed my licence via my pc and the code i have been given is invalid? how can that be when i clicked on renew on kaspersky software on my pc?

Please go to your MyKaspersky account and download/install Kaspersky ?

Thanks for the reply, I downloaded the wrong software and after downloading the correct one it’s working now.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
