How do I remove agkn.com from my desktop and laptop?

Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. If you start the scan, Kaspersky does not detect it? If not, please scan new undetected files at https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/ and then click the button "Submit for analysis" to send the file to Antivirus Lab.

Hello CJA, As well as the Shield advice: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/d.agkn.com/summary 10+ detected URLs under this domain KSN, on the other hand: https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/?utm_source=my.kaspersky.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=My_Kaspersky&utm_content=welcome_page#scanresults

The link d.agkn.com is safe.

The link d.agkn.com is safe according to the reputation data of Kaspersky VirusDesk. Definitely contact Kaspersky.

Also, this is a known adware, I would follow richbuff steps to delete this kind of threats:
Kaspersky Settings > Additional > Threats and exclusions > Detection types > enable Detect Other Software. and do a databases update > reboot, then do a scan. Clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://support.kaspersky.com/1161 and then reboot. After that, uninstall any recently installed junk > reboot. After that, uninstall any and all junk toolbars > reboot. Uninstall/disable any and all junk browser add-ons and extensions and plugins in all of your browsers. Remove the junk argument from the target field of the browser shortcut properties. Remove any and all junk search providers in all of your browsers. Then if need be, change your home page, in all of your browsers. How to clean up your browsers: http://support.kaspersky.com/us/viruses/solutions/10319If you are using a router, reset the router, change the router password to a strong password, enter the correct information according to your internet providers instructions, then clear browser cache and cookies, reboot. Any better after that?

Hello Harlan, As d.agkn.com is known adware, why do you think KSN would declare it safe? Curious?

Kaspersky sometimes is very "weak" with "legit" adware/PUP/PUA (Potentially Unwanted Programmes/Applications) if They have a "legit" digital signature and the user allow the installation...

Hello Caos, Ok, so KSN (Virus Desk ?) declares d.agkn.com safe and the other site declares d.agkn.com unsafe. That's the issue. Thanks!

Virusdesk says about the url:
Hello, No malicious software was found. This URL is used only for Market Share Stats & Traffic Ranking. Best regards, Malware Analyst
The problem is not the url:
D.agkn.com is a legitimate advertising service that website publishers use to generate revenue on their sites. Unfortunately, there are some adware programs that are injecting these ads onto web sites you visit without the permission of the publisher in order to generate revenue. This D.agkn.com redirect is usually caused by adware installed on your computer. These adware programs are bundled with other free software that you download off of the Internet. Unfortunately, some free downloads do not adequately disclose that other software will also be installed and you may find that you have installed adware without your knowledge. Once this malicious program is installed, whenever you will browse the Internet, unwanted advertisements will pop-up on web pages that you visit. These ads are aimed to promote the installation of additional questionable content including web browser toolbars, optimization utilities and other products, all so the adware publisher can generate pay-per-click revenue.
