Hi KL Team,

We are having some issues with kaspersky console, where we are unable to start any task on system remotely. 

Before we were able to take the remote location system's console through kaspersky but now suddenly it has been stopped and even these remote location system unable to fetch updates  (windows updates as well as third party updates ) from the kaspersky console.

 Check the remote system is connecting properly with KSC server.
2. Check all the ports are open as well.
3. Apply patch B to the KSC and net agent of the remote system.
4. Create a separate task for that system.still unable to start the update, virus scan task from KSC.

attached the GSI log of both system.

Please help us to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Please clarify were there any errors occured at user host or at KSC?

Is it possible to update from Kaspersky servers?

Hi,

Yes it is possible to update from Kaspersky Server. Only its no update from from kaspersky security center group task.

Attached error screenshot. Even if i right click on the device - properties- task & try to start any task its no starting giving error.

Kindly help to resolve the issue.

Hi,

I have provided you the requested log but there is no response from your end.  I don't know why are you silent after giving required logs.
