Remote desktop Sharing External Devices

Recommended Posts

Dear, I need to access devices on my network via remote desktop sharing with Kaspersky Security Center 11 and the Advanced key. The network agent is selected for a public ip nat and are monitored by Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 policy. When I try to do the remote access it gives transport level error. How to proceed?

Dear Nikolay. Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.1 Kaspersky Security Center 11 with patch A KESB Advanced License Remote connection enabled in policy. What doesn't work is Remote Desktop Sharing on machines that connect to the public ip Nat address for my KSC (external machines). Example: Employee machine that is home-office connected by network agent in Nat at ksc.meusite.com.br This Nat communicates with my firewall and makes external machines communicate with my internal network.
