Refund. I cant activate (us) and website will not get me to any agent. email/chat all do nothing.

I recently purchased a kaspersky license, but cant activate in US.

Here is my order info.  I tried to reach help with email, phone and chat.  but all it does on any browser is go back to a page with nothing.

Please help and let me know if you need anything else.
