Recieving Error: ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_Error, Chrome, many websites, Why?

Error message appears on many websites and the web page is not available. Cleaned cookies and complete cleanup Still no joy. Using Windows 10 And Chrome and all up to date.. Any cure for this?

2. Any other Kaspersky software installed and in use: name, version, patch #?
3. Operating system version, os build?
4. Chrome version?
5. Did ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR begin recently or has always happened?
6. Does ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR happen with any other browsers?
7. If Chrome is used in "incognito" mode does ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR happen?
8. If the Kaspersky Protection extension (in Google Chrome) is disabled does ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR happen?
9. In KIS REPORTS, are any errors captured for the web pages where ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR presents?
10. May we have a sample of the website urls please?
