Rearranging iOS Apps

The Safe Kids app on my child's iphone works well, but when the time limit kicks in, it rearranges apps on the home screen.  The app arrangement is not restored once the limits/downtime ends. It appears that when it kicks in, certain apps disappear altogether which likely leads to the issue.  Any help is appreciated.

Please read: Kaspersky Safe Kids for iOS, About application monitoring it covers *both* iOS & Android. so may be a little confusing😟, but, does, have some relevant information.

However, it does not explain why the apps are not restored, when the time limit has expired, for that, we recommend you please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 
Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
