Real time protection status become " No data from device"

Hi,

So today i realize around 150 endpoint in my organization is having an issue where the status of real time protection become " No data from device". Is this because of the endpoint cant communicate with KSC Server that lead to this error? and what is the possible reason because this status is shown?

Check device accessibility from ksc to workstations , then check latest events of those workstations , maybe keswin is not working , set password on keswin policy so that user can't uninstall or stop keswin

so far all the device that have have this status, most of it keswin is running normally

connect to that workstation and check that if keswin and netagent is running properly or not
