Real Time Detection

hi guys im new in here. i found several issues at my user behavior that always turn of the real time detection. so is there anyways to restricted them from doing something like that?

if you want to restirct users from disabling security components you have to remove administrator rights from them and set a password in the security program to prevent them from changing anything.

If the program and devices are managed by an Administrationserver you can do this by configuring a policy
