Real pool 3d2

I am the owner of Kaspersky plus until 2026/01/21, therefore have 203 days left.

 

Since I have installed Kaspersky, I have been having issues with my online game Realpool 3D2.

In the event viewer it picks up an error and throws me off the game. 

 

I have never had this issue before with my previous antivirus program. 

 

Can you please assist me to fix this issue.

Also, check in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there is something in restricted groups.

I have checked in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there is something in restricted groups. I don't see anything. The errors i found was in event viewer. If you need me to attach proof, i can provide proof

My IT friend saw the problem with kaspersky. I am not sure how or where to look for that same error

 

 

 

 

I took the first crash event logged now and copied and pasted it here

 

Hope it helps somewhat  

He also used teamviewer to log into my pc
