random restart problem after installing kaspersky agent [MOVED]

Hello, I noticed a random restart (occasionally a system crash) after installing the netagent ksc 12 agent on standard Windows server 2016 virtual machines
I need help please because I am still a beginner

This issue would need a bit of investigation. Please upgrade your security center to version 13.1 and then test, if the issue persists then I would recommend opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com.
