Questions on how to use the Secret Vault

I've created a vault as a test but what is it that you do when you want to remove the vault? I do have the key but do you still need the key to remove the vault?

Windows 11 Core x64 Build 26100
Kaspersky Premium 21.20.8.505

No you don't need the key, you can delete the 'kde" vault without the key ,
for private content a file shredder is recommended ...

IF (you're) using Kaspersky Premium to *delete* the Secret Vault - then YES, the password is needed:

Forgive me but it would appear as I first need to close the vault for me to even have access to delete the vault. Thanks for the speedy response.

Yes because it’s ‘in use’
