Questions about Kaspersky Premium and VPN

Why after installation of a new Kaspersky Premium my PC won't shut down? Takes ages and I switched off by force. With previous Kaspersky Total Security it used to start up and shut down very quick. OS is Windows 10.

What is the problem of VPN Kaspersky Secure Connection? When I try to use it almost all websites open blank page with error: 'Anonymous Proxy detected'. As I understand the purpose of VPN Secure Connection is to hide my real IP and to avoid any proxy detection. I tested it with all servers list from countries A to Z.
