Hello, I would like to know if when performing a scan with Kaspersky Standart Antivirus (Windows) vs kvrt (for Linux), there can be any difference in the identification of some type of malware or trojan. I have run a scan on a backup of files from my website and cPanel email, with Kaspersky Standart Antivirus (Windows) I got warnings for a couple of Trojans, however, when running the same scanner with kvrt (for Linux) it did not show any warnings.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I think KVRT, by default, it only scans some specific system folders, so You have to add manually additional scopes via Change Settings.

Also, I see detections in 2nd capture are attachments inside emails messages.

Also and in addition to @harlan4096 , KSN Cloud detection is not implemented in KVRT.
