Protected browser locking up PC

I am using the Chrome browser to launch Amazon website. Kaspersky opens the protected browser. After a period of time on the Amazon website the PC locks up. This only happens when Amazon and the protected browser are open.

Can you please check your Kaspersky reports as well as your Windows Event Viewer. Also, please clear your Browser cache + reboot ? Is your PC freezing or do you encounter a BSOD ?

yes i cleaned my cache out. No BSOD only complete lock up and I have to power it down.

Specifically which report should I be looking at?
