  1. yes i cleaned my cache out. No BSOD only complete lock up and I have to power it down. Specifically which report should I be looking at?
  2. Windows 10 OS build 19044.2130 Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (j) I am using the Chrome browser to launch Amazon website. Kaspersky opens the protected browser. After a period of time on the Amazon website the PC locks up. This only happens when Amazon and the protected browser are open.
