Product not reporting usage or blocking

o/s: Windows 10

Kap version: 1005.9008(k)

Both kids devices do not report any usage info. and only randomly block access to internet based on schedule.  Some night they will use laptop past time schedule, some night they get blocked.

If you can’t fix this, then I need to cancel the service. Too much time wasted on making sure Safe Kids works

Welcome back!

  1. Is this a new problem or has always existed? 
  2. Is any other Kaspersky software installed? 
  3. On the Windows devices, has the Manual settings sync function been used? 
  4. On both devices, has KSK been uninstalled & clean installed? IF “yes”, contact Kaspersky support → on the support page, select your location, scroll to the bottom, select Online chat, OR, fill in the Email form, provide as much specific information as possible; support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:
