Problems with Asus AI Suite 3 after last database update (08/08/22)

I recently updated my Kaspersky antivirus to version 080822-26869 and now I'm having issues with ASUS AI Suite 3. Whenever I try to open it, Kaspersky blocks it and gives me an alert message. I've tried adding it to the exclusions list but it's not working. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Again the same problem? Since yesterday i cant launch Armoury Crate and AI Suite

There is no need anymore. Someone else has found a solution to the problem.
