problems to update Security Center from 12.2 to 13.2

I'm trying to upgrade Security Center from version 12.2 to version 13.2 with ksc_13_13.2.0.1511_full_es package, but when I run package and select Install Karspersky Security Center 13 option,  it goes ahead extracting files and then aborts with "Another localization of this application is already installed. To install the required version of this application, remove the existing version manually" error. This error is not documented anywhere and I want to know how to deal with this. In fact, I want to udate to version 14.2 but this last does not update from version 12.

Hi,

You are using other localization (es) than the localization of KSC installed in this computer.

Use the same localization than the installed.

Probably es-mx or en?
