Problems Kaspersky software updates approval.

I'm running version 12.2.4376  Security Center and  in the main screen it says that there are Sofware updates not approved. When trying to approve it ends with error loading update lists. The ocntent is not ready. Try again afterwards. I don't know what this error is referring to and how to solve.

In the task in the update tab, more specifically in sources, are you checking "Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server" or "Kaspersky Update Servers"?

I like to use Kaspersky Update Server because some updates are disabled on my administration server, so the source of updates is Kaspersky Update Serve

It would be interesting to look at the error, next time, if possible, attach screenshots with your problem.

 

as an option, you have a very old version of KSC, which is already completely removed from those support, I assume that the solutions installed on the devices are also very old and removed from support.

in principle, this may be the cause of the error - updates for the product are no longer released.

 

I would recommend to consider updating your solutions to the latest actual versions.
