problemas de certificados

Hola a todos, tengo Kaspersky total seguridad, cuando intento acceder a pago seguro, me sale "se ha detectado un problema de verificación de los certificados"

*tengo las bases actualizadas.

*tengo Windows 10.

*hasta hace una semana me funcionaba bien lo de pago seguro.

1. To *upgrade* to Kaspersky Plus make sure the KTS *Activation code* is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, check: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses ? 
2. Uninstall Kaspersky Total Security; using Windows, Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features, Add / remove programs. 
3. Shutdown / reboot / power OFF / ON - the computer. 
4. Download a Kaspersky Plus installer - https://www.kaspersky.com.br/downloads/plus. 
5. Install Kaspersky Plus.
6. At the end of the install, make sure (you) sign into the Kaspersky Plus *application* with the *same* email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so Kaspersky Plus & the MyKaspersky account / Activation code *synchronise*
7. Recheck the *original* Secure Payment certificate verification issue? 

• *Also* read: Mensagens "Problema de verificação do certificado detectado" e "Não é possível garantir a autenticidade do domínio para o qual a conexão criptografada está estabelecida" ao tentar abrir um site.
