Problem with Telegram app

kaspersky safe kids blocked the "Telegram" application on a child's cell phone. I can not unblock it. I tried to add it to the exceptions, but it shows that the application does not exist on the device. The app is installed and blocked immediately on a child's cell phone. The "ask a parent" option is not shown either. I've also tried MyKaspersky / Notification / Child / Reports - where my child tried to open a forbidden Telegram application where I clicked on "edit settings for this application" but nothing happens (clocks and nothing), while for others the app shows the options for managing that application.

IF Telegram is not showing up in KSK, do the following:

1. Uninstall Telegram
2. Shutdown / power off cell phone.
3. Power on cell phone. 
4. Log onto cell phone as child. 
5. Make sure KSK is active. 
6. Install Telegram from Google Play Store. 
7. Apply required Telegram permissions. 
8. Shutdown / power off cell phone.
9. Power on cell phone. 
10. Log onto cell phone as child. 
11. Make sure KSK is active. 
12. (On your device), check if KSK now shows Telegram? IF “yes”, well done!  IF “no”, do  the following:
13. Check KSK hardware & software requirements?  
14. Uninstall KSK. 
15. Shutdown / power off cell phone.
16. Power on cell phone. 
17. Log onto cell phone as child. 
18. Download, install & configure KSK.
19. Shutdown / power off cell phone.
20. Power on cell phone. 
21. Log onto cell phone as child. 
22. Check if Telegram is showing in KSK, Application monitoring?  IF “yes”, well done!  IF “no”, & IF KSK is Premium subscription, log an incident request with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in Application, Other template; Support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you

 

Note: KSK developers have incorrectly applied an age guide of 0+ for Telegram app, this *additional* issue has been submitted for correction.
