Problem with Kaspersky Event Log on Windows Server 2022

Hello, today while reviewing the Kaspersky Event Log events in the Event viewer of a Windows Server 2022 I noticed that the following error event keeps appearing continuously:

At first I thought it could be due to some connectivity failure at the network level between my Windows Server and the Kaspersky Security Center administration server, but after checking the firewall and proxy configuration and performing some connectivity tests, everything seems correct.

On my Windows server I have installed the Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent version 12.0.0.7734 and Karspersky Endpoint Security for Windows version 12.4.0.467.

I have checked the official Kaspersky documentation but I cannot find the cause that generates the error code that the event shows.

Any idea what could be continuously generating these error events or what configuration I can check to solve them?
