1. Did you also set up using code from an Authenticator app, like: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy?

Also: Set up two-step verification via your mobile phone number

If the SMS option is not working & you've rebooted your phone & are sure it's receiving "other" SMS messages, contact Kaspersky Support, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
