Problem

I've got a problem. Antivirus keeps on scanning and is on 99%. It won't allow me to open my programs and applications. I've left it for a few hours how and it's still at 99% (My WiFi isn't a problem). I've opened my laptop recently and now it's switched off my damn internet connection.

1. Which Kaspersky software is *actually* installed  - is it really Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool? On the Windows Taskbar *hidden icons* right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. Which *scan* is *actually* running? 
3. What is the *actual* error/s showing for the internet connection being switched OFF? 
4. READ: A scan task freezes or stops.
