Same here with KES 21.6 🤔 not getting any detection, 0 detections in VirusTotal service as well...

Like @Berny and @harlan4096, I am able to open the site as well.

Why do you think that Kaspersky is blocking it?  Are you using a VPN?  As @Berny requested, can you post a screenshot of the website access failure?
