Hello, I have a question about cross-border use. I want to buy the Premium 20-pack version (2 x 10 doesn't work with VPN, so I always want to set the VPN for the first full 10), but I have three locations in Spain, Germany, and Sweden where we own property. I'm currently in Spain for two months and will then return to Sweden. When I search for the Premium 20-pack here in Spain on Google, I get the message that your location does not correspond to the region of this product. This may not work on your account. If you still want to proceed with the purchase, please continue. I've had bad experiences with this: in Sweden, although it was possible to purchase (EU version), installation was not possible. With an Eneba Play code (not here in Spain either), Trust Pilot doesn't publish it, and PayPal has closed the case. What about the Premium version? Will I be able to register the other 14 devices in Sweden if I buy the code in Spain and install 6 devices? Thanks.

Please try with the Global version (no regional restrictions) ?

Hum... 🤔 once You buy a license, You have to activate it in the country You bought it, but once activated, You can move to any country around the world (well, except US -> K. banned there to get updates).

Welcome!

1. Also - the subscription activates on the *successful-purchase-transaction-date*, not *software-install-date*. After installing the software, sign-into-the Kaspersky-application, to synchronise the application & the subscription-license-code, stored in (your) MyKaspersky account.  
2. IF the subscription is purchased from a Kaspersky website, a License code is sent to (your) MyKaspersky account -> there is no-activation-code.
3. *Note* - irrespective of the VPN subscription, Kaspersky Premium & OR Kaspersky Secure Connection, Premium - the subscription for *multiple-devices* - is for *one-User-account* ONLY, even IF the subscription is for 20-User-accounts -> ONE User-account gets Premium VPN -> *ALL-other User-accounts* get Standard/Free/Limited VPN. IF the *one-User-account* signs into *every* VPN on *every* device - *all* VPNs will be Premium -> see image

Ask Kaspersky Customer Service - they're familiar with the specific Kaspersky-software-subscription-purchase details, on the support page,  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email, fill in the template as shown / (you) may decide to select Kaspersky Premium template, but we strongly suggest the VPN template -> see image; provide a *detailed-history*
