Premium Download rejected

Have just purchased Kaspersky premium to install on new Lenovo Laptop. Windows 11.

 

Window states " The Operating System does not comply with requirements"

 

Can someone please explain what I am to do now?.

Where is you purchased KPremium? And can You provide the exact version of W11 installed? Is it based in ARM tech?

I have the same problem. I am installing a 1-year, 10 device version of Kaspersky Premium on a Windows 11 Lenovo laptop, and it reports an error: "The Operating System does not comply with requirements". The laptop has an ARM processor. The other devices on Windows 10 have not been an issue.

Kaspersky does not support ARM CPU systems at the moment.
