Preboot and agent authentication.

Why doesn't the authentication agent sometimes recognize the password? Some cases happen right after Encrypting the Disk. The password that was used to log into the system does not work at the Authentication Agent.

 

Is there a known error for this symptom?Discarding the possibility of the user having lost the password.Our park has 600 Noteboks, some always have this problem of not validating the password after encrypting, having to do the Offline access.
