Potential issue with Ultra AV - can't update Steam games

Hi, I don't know if this is an Ultra AV issue or not, but has anyone else who uses Steam for gaming encountered an issue where when you try to update a game, it returns a "Missing File Privileges" error? I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the cause of this sudden problem is and how to fix it. I've tried to repair my Steam library, I've tried to run Steam as an administrator, I've tried to change my download location, and I still can't update any games.

I know this isn't the Steam forums so I'm not specifically looking for solutions here, I'm just trying to see if other people have encountered this issue since we were migrated to Ultra AV, because I don't know if the program is at fault or not.
