Policy for no realtime scanning

Hello I have a lab of computers that I need to disable realtime for 2 hours because of a testing app that requires that. I am creating a new policy for that lab within the logical network of KSC 10. The workstations have version 11.0.1. Within that new policy if I uncheck "file threat protection" will that disable realtime scanning? Thanks

I made some exclusions and that worked. Thanks for the recommendation in doing that. Warren83
