plugin must be installed

hello

i am getting a “plug ins for Kaspersky Security center 11 must be installed” but when i click on it i get an empty window

i tried all the filter but nothing is showing 

internet works on the server normally ( i am able to update the database )

i restarted the app and server with no result

Hi,

The Application Management Plug-in is required for viewing the application settings, information on events, and statistics in the Administration Console. The plug-in is installed on the computer with the Administration Console.

You can install or update plug-ins in the Administration Console (Advanced → Remote installation → Installation packages → Additional actions → View current versions of Kaspersky Lab applications) or download the version you require from the table below.

Attach screenshots (error, etc..)

Review which versions of KES, etc… do you have.

  • Download the installer for the latest version of the plug-in from the downloads page.
  • Unzip (Example: klcfginst.msi, klcfginst.exe)
  • Install the plug-in locally from the installer:

Please explain step by step what do you do? MMC console or Web console, etc..

For workstations
