Plesk Server and KSMG (Kaspersky Security Mail Gateway) Hello Problem

Recommended Posts

Hello colleagues,

We have a minor problem, related to internal configuration, of our Plesk Mail server and KSMG (Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway), which is otherwise a relay for our internal mail server - forwards emails out and receives the same from the outside, which works quite correctly. Related to the MTA option on KSMG, more specifically the hostname parameter, ie the hello command sent by KSMG for outgoing mail. On the mxtoolbox site, you can see the parameters for the singi.rs domain (A: mail.singi.rs MX: mail.singi. and v = spf1 + a + mx + a: mail.singi.rs include: spf.messagingengine.com -all). The public ip address for entry is 89.216.97.180.Namely,the problem is of the following nature, which will be easier to understand with the above description:

1.Plesk Postfix forwards outgoing mail to KSMG relay, with hostname mail.singi.rs - on Plesk Server.

2.KSMG has its own hostname, which is ksmg.singi.rs and sets its hello name (etc / postfis / main.cf> myhostname = ksmg.singi.rs). After receipent receive the mail (in message source) the ksmg.singi.rs data is displayed , as well as mail.singi.rs .Mail servers that have the option set in main.cf - smtpd_helo_restrictions = reject_invalid_helo_hostname, refuses to receive mail from our mail server due to ksmg.singi.rs data, while A&MX = mail.singi.rs in public DNS. Attached is the log from the mail server, which declined our mail..Do we have to add maybe a new A&MX record for ksmg .singi.rs on public DNS hosting -Cloudflare and possibly modify the SPF file and would that help to us ,with given our configuration.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask and thanks in advance for your help.
