Please help with deleting data when installing new windows

I installed new windows and forgot to backup. I have saved some files in a secret vault. Now I want to find it again. Does anyone know how I can get the lost data back?

Can you please provide additional details.

@Solobem If you vault was in drive where you had installed Windows then i think it can´t be available. Better is create vault into another drive where is not installed windows.
