I was using kaspersky security cloud and noticed that the email was put wrongly, so I created a new account. I set the region to indonesia (which is not available for any kaspersky product) I then sent a request but so far, no replies. Please change my region as soon as possible.

The Community cannot fix this; we have no access to your private information. 

  1. Go to https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/MY = Malaysia →  Kaspersky Support for the Asia-Pacific region.
  2. Select Chat → fill in the Chat form → select Chat with an expert
  3. Give the Agent the existing case number you got when you emailed the request.
  4. The Agent will help you.

I’ve already contacted support (Indonesian one), but still no answers, I’ll try the malaysia one then, I’ll update soon.
