Placing KSMG in the present DMZ setup with Exchange 2010 EDGE Server Role

H  Experts,

I am new to Kaspersky and planning to replace McAfee GSE 7 with KSMG. 
I am bit confused about how and where to place the KSMG in my below network.  Appreciate any assistance.
I would still like to have my EDGE in DMZ with minimal changes to the present setup. 
1. With reference to the IP used in my DMZ, what IP will I have to assign for the KSMG? 
2. Do I need 2 NIC’s for KSMG?
3. Which is the recommended VM platform? ESX or Hyper-V?
4. What is the preferred integration method? Direct, SMTP verification enabled or SMTP verification disabled?

You have Exchange - why don’t you use “Kaspersky Security for Exchange”? It is the same license as KSMG.

I could do that.  But, I want a standalone / appliance to do the job of filtering and nothing other than Exchange on the server.
