Hi,

 

After installing KES to clients, I cannot PING from the administration server (KSC 12) to the clients.

However, I can ping from client to admin server.

 

I have turned off the firewall in the client device still issue persist. 

 

If I uninstall KES from the client the ping works…. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Hi @apts,

can you share your KES policy with us? I suppose you don’t have the firewall rules set up correctly 🤠

Greetings apts,

The firewall has a driver that is hooked to the OS.

After disabling the firewall I would recommend rebooting the computer.

Also, be aware that there are network packet rules for ICMP packets on the firewall’s configuration which might not be correctly configured.
